💼 About This Role

You'll provide medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model. This role offers 100% remote work and a competitive compensation package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver buprenorphine-based MOUD to patients via telehealth
• Initiate and manage treatment plans autonomously
• Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups
• Document care in electronic health records

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence
• 1 year of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine
• Reside in one of the listed states
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
