💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end customer migrations onto Pylon's B2B post-sales support platform. You'll become a product expert, juggle 20+ migrations simultaneously, and ensure zero failed migrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run customer migrations end-to-end, including process translation and historical data migration
• Become an expert in Pylon and legacy support systems like Zendesk and Intercom
• Handle customer questions from basic how-tos to deep edge cases
• Juggle 20+ customer migrations simultaneously

📋 Requirements

• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
• Organized and able to juggle 20+ migrations at once
• Comfortable with customer interaction over chat and video
• Detail-oriented and fast learner

• Technical background and appetite for technology
• Previous experience managing support systems or implementing SaaS products
