Your work will directly shape capital allocation, pricing, and long-range strategy by turning fragmented market signals into decision-grade insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design multi-source data collection and analysis framework for e-commerce landscape.
• Build competitor economic models including shadow P&L at category level.
• Deliver competitive inputs to leadership for planning cycles and pricing decisions.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team of analysts.

📋 Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in market research, management consulting, or strategy.
• Deep understanding of market data collection and estimation from incomplete inputs.
• Experience building financial models from first principles with P&L understanding.
• Proven ability to generate actionable insights for executive decision-makers.
