- Full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles across People, Finance, Legal, IT.
- Partner with hiring leaders to refine role requirements and priorities.
- Execute strategic sourcing plans including direct outreach and referrals.
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
π Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting for operations or corporate functions.
- Experience managing complex multi-role hiring across global regions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing hiring strategy.
- Thrives in remote-first environments and cross-timezone collaboration.
