You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for Operations functions like People, Finance, Legal, and IT at a high-growth AI company. You'll partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategy and drive a best-in-class candidate experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles across People, Finance, Legal, IT.
• Partner with hiring leaders to refine role requirements and priorities.
• Execute strategic sourcing plans including direct outreach and referrals.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting for operations or corporate functions.
• Experience managing complex multi-role hiring across global regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing hiring strategy.
• Thrives in remote-first environments and cross-timezone collaboration.
