💼 About This Role

You'll lead reset & remodel projects and manage nightly operations at a retail store, ensuring projects are completed to customer satisfaction. Your core impact is driving team performance and scheduling to maximize efficiency. This role offers a $1/hr night shift premium and a structured training program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Function as Manager on Duty, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization.
• Schedule weekly work to meet project deadlines using available resources.
• Physically monitor project results for customer satisfaction.
• Understand and execute Plan-O-Grams and schematics.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 - 5 years in a service industry with supervisory experience.
• Open availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
