Description

You will act as the primary technical point of contact for European digital diagnostics customers during implementation, providing hands-on support and project management. You'll build strong customer relationships while working with internal development teams to ensure successful deployments of AI-powered pathology solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
• Experience handling difficult customers and resolving situations
• Fluency in English plus one of: Spanish, German, French, Swedish/Norwegian/Danish, Czech/Slovak/Polish
• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and LIS systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with DDx customers, acting as primary technical contact during implementation
• Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal teams
• Manage implementation tasks, schedule updates, risk resolution, and customer communication
• Support external clients as application expert and escalation point, including on-call rotation
• Travel up to 20% for customer engagements
