You'll support daily operations of all building systems, including HVAC, mechanical and electrical equipment. Your core impact is ensuring safe, efficient facility maintenance and responding to customer requests. This union position offers a competitive hourly rate of $72.93 in a San Francisco location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment.
• Perform hard surface maintenance, repair, carpentry, and metal work.
• Respond to customer requests and submit work orders.
• Provide engineering support and coordinate with operational groups.

📋 Requirements

• 5 plus years of engineering experience.
• Skilled in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems maintenance.
• Must meet requirements for working in ATS environments (including ten-year work history).
• Customer service experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with engines, turbines, motors, or combustion engines.
• Knowledge of Service Bulletins and warranty recovery.
• Project management and cost/benefit analysis skills.
