π― What You'll Do
- Build and maintain complex customer journeys in Gainsight and Pendo
- Lead targeted engagement for high-growth and churn-risk customers
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities
- Develop AI-assisted workflows using Claude, Gemini, and internal tools
π Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success or similar SaaS role
- Experience with Gainsight and Pendo or equivalent
- Demonstrable fluency with LLMs as a working tool
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech/RegTech environment
- Experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Looker
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier
