🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers on loan files
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year mortgage operations experience
• Managed a borrower-facing pipeline with daily communication
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA)
