You'll own the long-tail book of business, driving retention and expansion at scale through scalable 1-to-many programs like webinars and office hours. You'll be a key voice of the customer internally, partnering with Support, Product, and Sales to reduce friction and unlock upsell opportunities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a long-tail portfolio of customers for retention and growth.
- Build and run scalable 1-to-many customer programs.
- Monitor customer health and execute churn prevention plans.
- Identify expansion opportunities and run upsell motions.
📋 Requirements
- Experience managing SMB or long-tail customers in SaaS.
- Strong commercial instincts for renewals and churn reduction.
- Comfortable running 1-to-many motions and building scalable systems.
- Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, logistics, or operations tooling.
