💼 About This Role

You'll be the central technical key person for maintenance and optimization of building infrastructure in a partially automated fulfillment center. You'll ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems. This role coordinates specialized external service providers and drives continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all technical systems
• Manage fault response and coordinate specialized external service providers
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure legal compliance
• Collaborate with site management and automation maintenance team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or related field
• 2+ years experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Class B driver's license
