Description

You will lead MEP projects in the field from preconstruction through closeout, managing mechanical scopes such as HVAC and piping while coordinating with electrical and plumbing teams. You'll develop schedules, budgets, and procurement plans, track progress, resolve issues, and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–15+ years of experience in mechanical or MEP construction with progressive leadership
• Proven experience managing MEP or mechanical construction projects in the field
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems; working knowledge of electrical and plumbing coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals; identify conflicts and RFIs
• Serve as primary on-site PM; coordinate installers, subcontractors, and foremen; ensure code compliance
