💼 About This Role

You'll lead facilities management and technical operations across a diverse national portfolio of retail, residential, industrial, and mixed-use assets. You'll embed compliance, risk, and sustainability frameworks while managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets. This role offers direct influence with Directors and the chance to build a high-performing team during a period of major expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead facilities management and technical operations across national portfolio
• Own OPEX and CAPEX budgets, lifecycle planning, and major works
• Embed compliance, risk, and sustainability frameworks across asset classes
• Partner with development teams for operational readiness of new assets
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing facilities team

📋 Requirements

• Engineering qualification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
• 15+ years experience in technical operations and facilities management with major developers or asset owners
• Proven success managing large complex portfolios across retail, residential, and industrial sectors
• Experience leading $10M+ OPEX/CAPEX budgets
