Description

You will lead agile project teams to accelerate customer digital transformation, translating strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases, and driving data-driven process insights and actions.

Requirements

• 4+ years IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (data models)
• Knowledge of SQL (required) and Python with ML libraries (preferred)
• Strong consulting skills and analytical mindset
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Conduct business workshops to translate customer objectives into use cases
• Lead Celonis implementation (data modeling, transformations, process analysis, KPIs)
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology
• Define KPIs and quantify business/financial potential
• Manage customer expectations, project planning, and user training
