As an Operations Associate, you'll drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory accuracy and supporting key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment.

• Work closely with Operations Visual Management team

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, supply management
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes
