💼 About This Role

You'll design layer 1 network infrastructure for supporting critical launch, landing, and production facilities at SpaceX. Your core impact is ensuring reliable telecommunications for Falcon, Dragon, and Starship missions. This role offers the chance to support cutting-edge space exploration infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, design, and implement local and wide-area network solutions
• Conduct fiber optic detailed network design for middle mile and last mile
• Assist in job walks and determine needs for new installations
• Collaborate with staff to develop and maintain proper procedures for layer 1 infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience in OSP and/or ISP fiber detailed design
• Experience with wired and wireless voice intercom communication systems
• Valid driver's license

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or mechanical field
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
