You'll sell human risk management solutions to enterprise clients in the DACH region, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You'll work closely with SDRs and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Acquire new enterprise business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing
  • Collaborate with SDRs to identify and qualify leads
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling with customer success managers

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years SaaS sales closing experience with enterprise customers
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness for hybrid work in Cologne
