• Handle inbound support requests from merchants and buyers.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks using AI tools.
• Maintain internal documentation and coordinate across functions.
• Track impact of automations and prioritize improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Fast learner who digs in and figures things out independently.
• Real experience with LLMs, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar AI tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Bias toward doing — ships imperfect and iterates over waiting for perfection.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with Front, Linear, Notion, or Salesforce.
• Basic SQL or Python skills.
