  • Welcome guests and coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Order and restock office supplies and maintain common areas
  • Coordinate meetings, lunches, and boardroom setup
  • Facilitate accounting tasks like invoice coding and Visa management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in office administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
