You'll support our energetic Calgary office as the welcoming face of Urban Systems, managing front desk operations and administrative tasks. Your core impact includes creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring smooth daily office coordination. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Order and restock office supplies and maintain common areas
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, and boardroom setup
- Facilitate accounting tasks like invoice coding and Visa management
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in office administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
