Description
You will own the end-to-end data layer—from pipelines and data models to analytics and dashboards—ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and drives decision-making across the business. This high-impact role involves working with backend systems, Snowflake, and analytics tools to unify fragmented data into a trusted source of truth. You'll define both the data architecture and how data is used day-to-day, with direct impact on product, clinical, and business decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL skills with Snowflake or similar data warehouse
- Experience with backend systems (Python, Postgres)
- Proven ability to build data pipelines (ELT/ETL)
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines from Postgres into Snowflake
- Design and optimize data models across backend systems and data warehouse
- Ensure data reliability, integrity, and timeliness
- Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, and SQL queries
- Integrate multiple data sources into a consistent source of truth
