💼 About This Role

You'll define and shape Pantheon's global Sales Engineering strategy, leading technical execution on complex enterprise opportunities. You'll build scalable systems for enablement and mentor the organization's Sales Engineers. This role offers broad independence to set organizational standards and influence product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead technical strategy on complex enterprise opportunities including multi-product deals.
  • Develop and deliver tailored technical narratives, demos, POCs, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Build technical proposals, RFP responses, and TCO analyses for high-value pursuits.
  • Mentor and coach Sales Engineers to raise technical quality and strategic engagement.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to drive technical wins in complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong technical acumen across modern web infrastructure, CMS, and development workflows (WordPress, Drupal, Next.js).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
