You'll serve as a trusted advisor driving adoption and value of the Wiz cloud security platform for enterprise customers. You'll bridge customer needs with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding, configuration, and operationalization. This role offers a chance to impact strategy at a hyper-growth cybersecurity unicorn.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz
  • Drive customer adoption and value realization via success plans and QBRs
  • Manage a book of up to 15 customers, identifying expansion and renewal opportunities
  • Document feature requests and advocate for customer needs with internal teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer)
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of at least one CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CSP certification (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect)
  • Security certification or cloud-security experience
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
