💼 About This Role

You'll execute data-driven media buying strategies for B2B clients across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll manage budgets and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI. This is a part-time remote role with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Audit and configure conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Launch and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Allocate budgets across channels and ensure daily pacing.
  • Analyze campaign data and present performance reports to clients.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of media buying experience in an agency or B2B context.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing for CPA/CPL.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B lead gen platforms like Clutch or G2.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or programmatic display.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot integration for lead tracking.
