Description

You will lead the development and deployment of AI, ML, decision systems, and mission planning applications, setting technical vision, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and driving business growth in a fast-paced organization.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Security Clearance
• Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, CS, Physics, EE, or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in R&D with focus on AI/ML, software, decision systems
• Proven leadership managing high-performing technical teams
• Deep understanding of software development principles and tools

Responsibilities

• Set technical vision and direction for programs
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams developing algorithmic, software, cloud, and data solutions
• Manage program execution ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
