You'll partner with the CPO to bring structure and clarity to a high-growth defense tech company. You'll drive execution across operating plans and OKRs, turning strategy into measurable progress. This role offers unique exposure to board-level strategy and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare materials for board meetings and executive reviews
• Own annual planning, quarterly OKR setting, and business reviews
• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as product launches
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs and OKRs
• Establish consistent meeting rhythms and accountability practices

📋 Requirements

• Experience running an operating plan using OKRs in a high-growth environment
• Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to influence without formal authority
