You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Executives selling the OneTrust platform across MEA & CEE. You'll drive strategic engagement with C-level executives and coach your team to exceed goals. This role offers the chance to shape the sales organization for a leading governance platform.

  • Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives selling the OneTrust platform across verticals
  • Drive strategic engagement with customers across C-level executives
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment to plan
  • Develop and maintain multi-year account plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Prior field experience working within SaaS/PaaS space
  • Experience coaching, developing and nurturing salespeople at all levels
  • Proven success in constructing and closing large deals
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in MEA/CEE markets
  • Experience with governance or compliance software
