You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Executives selling the OneTrust platform across MEA & CEE. You'll drive strategic engagement with C-level executives and coach your team to exceed goals. This role offers the chance to shape the sales organization for a leading governance platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives selling the OneTrust platform across verticals
- Drive strategic engagement with customers across C-level executives
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment to plan
- Develop and maintain multi-year account plans
๐ Requirements
- Prior field experience working within SaaS/PaaS space
- Experience coaching, developing and nurturing salespeople at all levels
- Proven success in constructing and closing large deals
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in MEA/CEE markets
- Experience with governance or compliance software
