Description

As a Frontend Engineer at Lightning AI, you'll own key features from proof of concept to release, building and scaling the UI for our AI platform. You'll work with React and Redux, collaborate with engineers and product leaders, and help shape the frontend infrastructure while mentoring others.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and lifecycle
• Hands-on experience as a frontend engineer in a SaaS company
• Proven ability to own features and drive end-to-end development
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Write efficient code in React and Redux to deliver new features and improve performance
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to set technical direction for large projects
• Evaluate and document technical architecture, tools, and processes
• Champion software quality, automation, and continuous delivery while reducing technical debt
• Mentor and coach engineers on system design and problem-solving
