💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of 4-7 engineers building the infrastructure platform for 1Password, a leader in password management and Unified Access Management. Your work will enable product teams to deploy services without manual intervention via self-service tools and reduce operational toil through automation. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement self-service tools for product teams
• Build automation to eliminate repetitive manual work
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
• Participate in on-call rotation for infrastructure incidents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years with distributed systems and microservices
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM)
• Infrastructure as Code fluency (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Programming skills in Go or Python for automation

✨ Nice to Have

• GitOps experience with FluxCD and Kustomize
• Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)
• Open source contributions to infrastructure tooling
