💼 About This Role

You'll drive the evolution of platform capabilities for Kentik's Infrastructure Observability portfolio. Teaming up with all Product Managers, you'll define and execute the roadmap for platform features powering multiple product lines. This role offers a unique blend of networking/cloud domain knowledge and SaaS platform engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map platform requirements from customers and Product Managers
• Define and deliver the platform roadmap with engineering teams
• Orchestrate development and own lifecycle of new features
• Drive Kentik's API-first strategy and integration capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management or Engineering in network engineering or NMS
• Practitioner-level knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, SNMP, and flow monitoring
• Comfortable with distributed systems, API management, and software agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with SaaS companies and their scale
• Interest in Big Data and SQL-based analysis
• Experience in network automation or ML/AI for observability
