Description

You will support the mechanical maintenance and operations team in maintaining facility systems like HVAC, pumps, and chillers, learning preventive maintenance and troubleshooting under senior technicians. This internship offers hands-on experience in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC, chilled water, pumps, and valves
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of CMMS tools like Maximo
• Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, confined space)

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical maintenance and operations on HVAC, pumps, chillers, and process utilities
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Participate in daily rounds, inspecting equipment for vibration, leaks, or wear
• Learn mechanical assembly, alignment, and torqueing techniques
• Document work activities in CMMS system (Maximo)
