💼 About This Role

You'll drive new merchant acquisition and manage high-value education accounts for Paytm's payment solutions. You'll build a pipeline of leading educational institutions and maximize their adoption of Paytm's products. This role combines strategic sales, hunting, and account management with a focus on education vertical and payment solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new enterprise accounts in the Education vertical.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic education merchants for payment gateway solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, and closure.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams for customized solutions.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management.
  • Experience in Payments, Fintech, BFSI, or Education technology.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for CFO-level engagement.
