Description

You will deliver technical support for NICE's recording and compliance software, serving as L2/L3 escalation point. You'll interface with R&D, customer support, and partners globally, ensuring the health of hosted solutions and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years Linux/Unix experience
  • Database expertise (Oracle/MSSQL)
  • 3-5 years technical support experience, preferably in Financial Institutes
  • Knowledge of telephony systems (IPC, Etrali, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel)
  • Experience with networking, IP/SIP analysis, and enterprise apps

Responsibilities

  • Resolve high-level CSS product issues as L2/L3, minimizing R&D escalations
  • Implement and install CSS products globally
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base and mentor other support engineers
  • Manage critical issues and perform production system changes
  • Develop training materials for CSS products
