💼 About This Role

You'll lead public sector sales for a grants and case management SaaS company. Your core impact is winning contracts with councils and managing implementations. This role offers early-stage ownership of the public sector vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Win public sector contracts for HAF, Family Hubs, Short Breaks programmes
  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting to signature
  • Manage 2-4 concurrent rollouts with hard deadlines
  • Feed product requirements back from councils

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10 years in local government or selling to councils
  • Proven track record winning public sector contracts through formal procurement
  • Existing contacts in children's services/family support across multiple councils
  • Experience delivering complex implementations with multiple stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with HAF, Family Hubs, Short Breaks, or DfE-funded programmes
  • Knowledge of SEND landscape and Local Offer requirements
  • Understanding of Section 106 funding and council decision-making processes
