Description
As a Field Account Executive, you'll build and grow ClassPass's merchant network by prospecting, pitching, and closing new fitness and wellness businesses. You'll spend most of your time in the field, visiting prospects daily and attending local events, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills
- Full-cycle sales methodology expertise with emphasis on conversion optimization
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and receptive to feedback
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness and wellness businesses in assigned territory
- Lead field-first approach with daily merchant visits and local event attendance
- Own full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close using in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints
- Achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and track key metrics in Salesforce
