Description

As an Inventory Intake Specialist, you will travel to restaurant client sites to conduct physical audits of equipment, including inspecting, photographing, and documenting every asset. You will coordinate logistics with the onboarding team and prepare professional inventory recaps to ensure smooth transitions into the service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be 25+ years old (rental car age minimum)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Strong problem resolution skills with a passion for helping customers
• Ability to spot things others may miss
• Experience working in a restaurant or as a service provider
• Physically capable of being on feet for up to 10 hours, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and accessing roofs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Onboarding Team to book travel and schedule onsite appointments
• Map out comprehensive trip agendas tailored to the size and number of locations for each restaurant client
• Conduct thorough physical audits of equipment, including inspecting, photographing, and documenting every asset
• Prepare professional inventory recaps with organized images and clear communication of customer requests and site observations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with new customers through professionalism and high-level service
