You'll lead non-sterile compounding operations for the leading health and wellness platform, overseeing daily activities in a cGMP-regulated 503A environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day high-volume non-sterile compounding operations in 503A environments.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, USP, FDA, DEA, and state pharmacy board regulations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a cross-functional team of 100+ staff including pharmacists and technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical compounding or manufacturing operations in cGMP environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams (100+ preferred) in a compliance-driven setting.
• Deep knowledge of 503A and 503B pharmacy regulations and non-sterile compounding practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of non-sterile dosage form production (blending, compression, granulation, gummy manufacturing).
