Description
You will assist members through their mental health care journey by providing support via phone, chat, and email. You will conduct clinical needs assessments, manage care coordination, and handle crisis situations, all while ensuring a high-quality member experience. This role empowers you to make mental healthcare accessible globally.
Requirements
- Masters degree in behavioral health (counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, psychologist) with appropriate licensure.
- Fully bilingual in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure.
- Experience with care coordination and crisis management.
- Ability to summarize patient interactions in English within documentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone, chat, and email support in English and Italian, including platform sign-up, troubleshooting, intake, scheduling, and service explanation.
- Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to appropriate care levels and modalities.
- Manage member crises such as suicide risk with in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
- Engage in CIR intake and/or coaching services for global members.
- Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries.
