🎯 What You'll Do

  • Make 60+ cold calls daily for new business development
  • Advise clients on property valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Prepare Broker Opinions of Value and market comparables
  • Negotiate listing agreements and purchase contracts

  • Self-motivated and ambitious with communication skills
  • Ability to make 60+ cold calls per day

  • Resilience to bounce back from rejection
