💼 About This Role

You'll join Ruby Labs as a Senior Data Analyst on a new job application platform, collecting and analyzing data to drive product decisions. Your insights will guide the roadmap and shape user experiences, tackling complex challenges like decoding user intent and optimizing conversion funnels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams across domains
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports
• Analyze user behavior and identify aha moments
• Design and conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses

📋 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Product Analytics
• Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar

• Experience with Python or R
• Experience with GCP or BigQuery
• Experience with Airflow or orchestration frameworks
