Description

You will support a team of Employee Service Center Representatives by balancing hands-on case work with peer guidance, reinforcing standard processes, compliance, and service expectations. You'll handle Tier 1 employee inquiries, support onboarding and time/attendance processes, and partner with leadership to strengthen team performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in call center, HR, or employee services
  • Knowledge of time attendance, payroll, onboarding, and compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems (e.g., Oracle)
  • Comfortable providing clear, constructive feedback to peers

Responsibilities

  • Work Tier 1 employee inquiries alongside team, reinforcing accurate resolution
  • Support Representatives in processing absences, call-offs, and attendance issues
  • Support employee onboarding: new hire paperwork, I-9 processing, orientation
  • Partner with Coordinators and ESC Leadership to reinforce departmental standards
  • Observe trends and compliance gaps, escalate insights to Supervisor/Manager
