💼 About This Role

You'll design and own strategic initiatives to improve our student experience and oversee a growing team of student-experience professionals. You will build processes and systems to scale our operations 10x efficiently while achieving high student and partner company outcomes. This role reports into our Director, Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive strategic initiatives to improve student journey from learning to job placement
• Design and implement experiments to improve student retention, learning, and placement
• Optimize operations and metrics tracking for a growing team
• Own end-to-end projects including process revamps and hiring

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or business operations experience
• Analytical acumen to optimize metrics and develop action plans
• Ability to own both strategy & execution
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders on strategic direction
