Description

You'll lead the Omen autonomous air vehicle program in the UAE, balancing innovation and execution by driving strategic decisions, managing resources, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver advanced defense capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing program management or systems engineering in defense/national security/aerospace
• Proven experience leading technical teams to field hardware/software through product development lifecycle including test
• Proven experience leading product and manufacturing teams through initial low-rate production
• Solid technical aptitude with ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as local liaison for UAE relationships
• Manage cross-team projects, unblocking and accelerating efforts across development and production
• Drive technical outcomes by understanding system performance and managing risks with engineering leads
• Autonomously execute on broad requirements from clients, becoming a trusted partner to engineers
• Support drafting technical proposals and oversee UAE allocation of personnel, budget, and resources
