🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and configure Greenhouse Recruiting system
• Design and implement integrations with other systems like Workday
• Translate business needs into technical specs for integrations
• Monitor and optimize system integrations and data flows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in HRIS, Recruiting Systems, or Systems Administration
• Proven experience owning or heavily administering Greenhouse or comparable ATS
• Hands-on experience building or managing system integrations between ATS, HRIS, and vendors
• Experience leading system implementations or process redesign initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of recruiting operations and workflows
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with APIs and data flows
