You will support the coordination of payroll system setup for retirement plan clients, ensuring frictionless onboarding by referencing documentation, completing action items on time, and increasing client speed to completion.

Requirements

• Keen attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Fluent in English
• Experience with operations or administrative roles is a plus
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence
