💼 About This Role

You'll join the First Mile Experience analytics team at Coupang, building data infrastructure and delivering deep-dive analyses to support fulfillment center operations and platform teams. Your insights will drive data-informed decisions for process optimization and system changes across KR and TW markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards for FC and platform teams
• Conduct end-to-end analytics for inbound/outbound fulfillment processes
• Design and execute A/B tests and causal inference analyses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL (Presto/Hive) for large-scale data analysis
• Experience with data ETL development and pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow)
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Zeppelin)
• Understanding of statistical methods including A/B testing and causal inference
