💼 About This Role

You'll program complex parts for mills and lathes at Vast, supporting the development of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. Your work will directly impact the rapid prototyping and production of next-generation space habitats.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Program complex parts for mills and lathes using Hypermill or Esprit.
• Work with tooling suppliers to select optimal tools for each job.
• Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle times.
• Read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of CNC machining experience
• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Familiarity with inspection tools
• Multi-axis Mill, Lathe, Mill-Turn, and Turn-Mill knowledge
