You'll support the business by improving the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of platforms, systems, and processes while ensuring in-network contracts are configured accurately. This role helps the Claims Configuration team resolve escalations and pilot process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and summarize process behavior to expedite design/solutioning
• Translate configuration enabling internal teams to resolve escalations
• Process incoming Jira tickets for provider escalation resolution
• Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years working knowledge of pricing methodologies and contract configuration
• 1+ years of SQL experience
• 2+ years proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google equivalents
• 1+ year experience in health insurance industry/claims configuration
