📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience including at least 5 years leading product operations
• Proven experience building or transforming product operations in fast-paced environments
• Strong fluency with modern AI tools like Claude, Gemini, Cursor
• Hands-on experience operationalizing AI workflows and automations
