Description

As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the monthly close process, manage purchase-to-pay operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining internal controls, supporting audits, and driving process improvements at a precision neuromedicines company.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of related work experience with a mix of public and private experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is preferred
• Excellent accounting and analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close process
• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaid expenses, and accounts payable
• Assist in preparation of R&D contract accruals and analyses
• Perform analytical reviews and flux analysis
• Support annual financial statement audit and maintain internal controls
