You'll drive strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value payment merchant accounts in a fast-moving global fintech environment. You'll act as a trusted business partner, identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing payment performance through data analysis. This role combines finance, technology, and business strategy to deliver high impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using transaction data.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success within FinTech or Payments industries.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, merchant lifecycle, and transaction flows.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and commercial negotiations.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and identify performance trends.
